I just came from another post saying BeachMystress was on target. Now I have to do it again. (Quit typing faster than Me, will ya?)
All joking aside, there are few of Us out here who haven't been approached by Our male counterparts, saying they want to experience the other side. The motivations vary, as Lady Hugs pointed out. Occassionally, I will consider it, in a minimal bottoming sense because I do realize the benefits that such experiences can bring. Any Dominant who has bottomed and gained something from it knows what I'm talking about in this scenerio. There's a lot to learn from being on the other end of the whip.
Should someone want more than the bottoming experience, that's a little harder to get by Me. I tell them from the beginning that I will put them through the same screening as I would if they had approached Me with the "submissive" label tacked on them. They get to see just what a submissive male goes through and that isn't especially a bad thing either.
Can a Dominant male have a genuine interest to submit? Yes, I believe they can. I briefly met a leather couple a while back where the male had been Dominant his entire history in the lifestyle, until he found his Mistress and wanted to do nothing more than serve Her. I believe they have been in a M/s relationship for six years now. It can happen. It's just rare.
