I agree with alot of what ive heard from others. Im new to this "lifestyle" and "BDSM" but submissive is not something that I had to give alot of thought to. I was raised to be subservient to men from a dominating father and beautifully submissive mother. So serving and pleasing is the ONLY way I feel pleasure, if that is not enough insentive I do not know what is. I cant even fathem having to make a submissive? I am naturally inclined to be that way. It sounds to me she needs to do alot of writing and self ssearching to find out if her idea of submission is something she truly desires or if she is just wanting to be taken in the bedroom. True submission for me is in everything I do and in the way I carry myself and respond to my world in and out of the bedroom.

One of the key things when training anyone is that repetition builds response. When you learned the times tables in math back in grade school--it was done because you memorized what 5 x 5 is--you don't think about it anymore, you just know the answer is 25.

Make her perform certain moves, rituals, chores, etc. so that it becomes second nature to her. That way when you have her do things in the bedroom, part of her automated response is to obey your rules and commands. It's very similar to conditioning.
