Frankly, I wouldn't like to use the term rough play.  I would rather describe what I like the same way you just did; considering I'd have to already have a measure of trust in the person to begin with, to even explain what I like, I'd much rather be very clear about what I like and why.  Using an umbrella term like "Rough" play could conjure thoughts of someone using sandpaper, if you're not clear

I call it manhandling.  It is primal but of a differing variety...in this case, I am the one being rough and she is responding in a ... hopefully...positive way by yielding.  No resistance, just animal acceptance and growing desire.

Not that I can blame them. When the word "primal" came up I just had to fan myself a bit.

I was definately thinking more along the lines of rough play or manhandling than take down or resistance. I was thinking of something you might have elements of within a scene, but wouldn't necessarily be a type of scene. Does that make sense?

Thanks all, that helps me a lot.  Now we just need to get CM to add it to the list.

I think I identify with it as primal or rough play myself, but manhandling certainly describes what's going on.
I don't see it as take down or resistance because I feel like those are more physical domination than having a sexual undertone.
