Status: offline 		I don't have one. Life is what it is and there is nothing else and if there is, it is irrelevent to our situation in this life.

That being said, I'm sympathetic to Budhist sentiments. All things that exist are in a state of flux. Human desire is the root of all human suffering. All living creatures must pass etc. I don't go in for Budhist theologie so maybe Schoppenhauer is more my man.

Status: offline 		In remembering that everyone has challenges in their life, and there are many people around who can be seen as inspirational, as far as overcoming problems, and meeting challenges.

Also remembering other challenges you've met before, succssfully, yourself (even if small ones) - if you have met some, then there is already evidence you can meet challenges - regardless of whether this new one is a new kind entirely, or not.

Having a good friend or two, who can act as a sounding board helps.

Also the knowlege that "This too, shall pass" is something it can be comforting to remember - and try to really, truly believe (because it's true).

i believe in god and his son Jesus . my belief is so strong i just know from what i been through. i had a thing happen to me i was sitting in my living room for reasons i do not know i would leave my door unlocked. well this door i was sitting and reading and out of no where a voice said LOCKED THE DOOR . i jumped up and it was do fast i jump up and ran to the door and locked it. well i forgot about it and went on reading, well not 5 minutes later a man ran with all of his body weight and crash into my door he hit it so hard he left a print of his body one it i called the police they had sent 3 cars out they look everywhere for this man but they could not find him. now i know many will not believe this and it is OK but i know if i had not heard that voice and had not locked my door i know i would not be here now , i lock my door now and keep it locked it  scare me so bad i was scared to go out side for weeks. so this is why and oh there were so many other times that i could go on for some time but this is why i trust and believe in god more then anything in the world
