I have diapered Angel. It helps put him in his baby mindset. He doesnt actualy use them, yet, but we are working our way there. Its a dependancy thing. However, as a humiliation tactic, having someone wet themselves and then having to take care of them, and involving the public... the person in the diapers is as easily going to be pitied for being with such an ass that shows off their "problem" as they wil be humiliated. I have had Angel out in his diapers, under his jeans. Nothing major, but he definately knew he was owned. My 2 cents DV
