"You’d also be surprised at what I’ve said to my boss. "

You are a goldfish among sharks. Try "I didn't show up because I did a bunch of coke, loan me fifty bucks", and he did.

House rules stand.

Best point so far.

When we visit the home of another, most of us generally don't grab a beer, kick the dog out of the chair, sit down, throw our feet up on the table, light a cig and then wait for the owner of the place to come home so we can shout at them for having the wrong kind of beer in the fridge. At least not unless very well acquainted with them. But some find that analogous behaviour is quite acceptable in the forum of another, even to the point of the posting of things that might incur liability for the forum owner(s).

So far, there have only been a couple of cases where I've disagreed with the mods on a course of action they have taken, and the one or two warnings I can remember getting haven't been among those. That must be a personal record for me or something, and in a good way. So kudos to the mods for maintaining a balance that is to my liking at least, and one that it seems most others here are happy with as well.

Seeing that my profile had been perved by the Designated Annhilator soon after joining was not entirely reassuring at the time, though. [;)]

Health,
al-Aswad.

It would be a *great* point  -  if this were the private domicile of an individual.

Since it is in fact a public forum set up to attract members for the benefit of CollarMe, the standards for obeisance drop down to the level exhibited were we entering say, WalMart...where as we all know, the purpose is to bully as many employees and security geezers as possible...[sm=biggrin.gif]

who reported this then?

Nobody, it is part of a mods job to read each and every post on these forums.  So, as 11 was reading she came across that post.

FullCircle -> RE: CM rules ? (9/24/2007 11:33:40 AM)

That was my point exactly.

Some free speech, certain free speech. And, the harder you lean to the Left, the less harder you're leaned on.

You're mistaken.  Crying towels can be found in the lobby, on the far right.

Low blows like that, and like calling us children is hardly fair because you know that we can't hit back.

I know I know I know, wah wah wah.

But it would be nice if you were to treat us with a little more respect than that.

Section Guidelines - Off Topic Discussion - 1/12/2004 8:48:00 PM

As the description for this section states, this is a forum for the open discussion of any and all topics of interest. Its fine to debate politics and religion here... and just about anything else you want to bring up.

Keep the discussions civil and mature.

Subjects which are unacceptable regardless of circumstance include, but are not limited to - minors, bestiality, incest, necrophilia, snuff and criminal activities. Any other questions of acceptability will be determined based on the content of the given essay.

Keep the discussions civil and mature, and do not insult the kinks, preferences, lifestyles, etc. of others.

I'm not acting for respect so much as I am a little less disrespect all of the time.

There is a difference.

No.
But if  I act childish,I have no one the blame but myself,if that happens.

I`m not afraid to say that I have my moments, and said things I wish I didn`t say or post.

If you want respect, act respectfully. Claiming that the Mod is biased is not a way to earn respect. You have zero clue,as most do(and should, btw),as to the moderators, their thoughts, bias or habits.Zero.

You don't know what I know, and I find it odd that you pretend that you do.

LOL, if snuff films were allowed here, Mod 11 would cast me as the central character, more than likely.
