I dont think I am entitled to be comfortable all the time. If a fat person sits next to me on a plane - that sucks. If a smelly person sat next to me anywhere, that sucks too. But I'd suck it up and deal with it instead of thinking the world owes me comfort and the least disturbance to my comfort requires a new rule or law to get things in check.

If someone sat next to me who was *really* offensive I'd ask to move.

However according to the airline if you're REALLY offensive you won't be getting on at all lol.

i can ignore almost anything including offensive odors.. i highly doubt this would be a problem
