For me, I hope it gives me a better insight to what the person is about.   Especially people who post on the boards...where they from, what's their "story", etc.

After all, they are meant to be looked at, aren't they?   And a person has a wide choice of what to or not to put up on their profile.

Oh, I moved here to Myrtle Beach, SC *from* New Hampshire.
I should probably correct that.
And I really don't need to go "on vacation", I'm on permanent vacation here in Myrtle Beach!
The Carolinas and San Diego have some of the best weather in the country!
I was actually looking at buying a condo down in Panama.
Pretty cheap there and they have friendly gun laws unlike Mexico.
I wouldn't live in a state even that would restrict people's second amendment rights!
In S. Carolina you can carry a loaded gun in your car without any type of "license".
I'm from Massachusetts origionally and I left that state long, long ago due to many reasons one of which being their restrictive "laws" on guns.

it dosen't bother me.. i rarely check to see who's viewing meh... and i hardly ever look at other profiles unless i wanna know more about the person.. or i just happen to think they're hot..

I look at profiles for pretty much the same reasons as those above me. (except for Domiguy, being as I am not a serial killer........)

Either they have posted something that interests me, and I want to learn a little more about them; or because they have posted something so profoundly stupid that I want to see if there is something on the profile that might explain their abberration. I consider the profiles to be like the people I pass on the street; most I never take notice of, unless something catches my eye. If they are discussing something publicly (the forum) I might stop and listen.

It is seldom that I would speak to a stranger, and basically, I would not make contact unless I had something to say. If my gaze merely paused briefly on someone in passing, I would not walk over and introduce myself and shake hands (again, unless there was a reason). And if someone crossed the street to say, "Hey, I saw you looking at me, why didn't you come talk to me?" I'd be sort of creeped out.

no...it's not...not where I'm concerned. I wish there was a way to block genders from viewing profiles.

I tried to do a mapquest for "michaelOfGeorgia's asshole" but it only got me as far as your navel....Can you give me directions for the rest of my trip there?

Before I originally wrote SimplyMichael, he and I perved each other's profiles a few times... Finally, I got up the nerve to write something lame like "It looks like you have been looking at my profile almost as much as I have been looking at yours.." Yeah, I thought I was being coy..LOL..  Good thing it all turned out well though..[image]http://www.collarchat.com/micons/m11.gif[/image]

Now, I need to be selective when perving profiles while signed in..  Anytime I perve a profile, they write to me..

I can’t really understand this mindset myself because you’ll notice straight people on your list. These people don’t have some kind of sexual interest in you just because they viewed your profile they might just be interested in your opinions about things. Why do people think that a name appearing on a list is anything other than morbid curiosity? I’d rather they did away with the system if this is people’s attitude towards it.

people check out other peoples profiles all the time. Why should it bother anyone. I check out profiles of people im chatting with in the forums and people like bsb that I just think are hot,
No harm in it and rarely does anyone write to me or I write to them just because a profiles been perved.

I'm beginning to think our boy is just being coy.  I know another guy who kinda likes to be 'forced'...perhaps that's michael's hope.
