ORIGINAL: Lafolle482 Are there any Dommes out there who have experience in this area: forcing their CD submissove to have a monthly menstrual cycle. I am delving into this with my submissive. We found a recipe for "flow" online about a year ago but have since lost it. I have been using trial and error to come up with our own recipe and things are moving along nicely. Do any Mistresses have any experiences they can share? ... perhaps products they used? Any info would be helpful. Thanks, Miss Mimi I have often thought that the "she", who is desperate to experience the joys of the monthly menstrual cycle, should also experience the inconvenience and the crap feeling of it. In all actuality, most Women do not enjoy that monthly cycle. We are aware that this means we can bear children, a joy unto itself, but it is not the romantic womanly thing that most of us eagerly anticipate each month. With that in mind, rather than simulating a flow, I prefer to expose "her" to the discomfort. I simulate the tenderness in the breasts with the use of nipple clamps (for safe amounts of time, of course), but several times during the "period". A bit of carful beatin gon the ches area may also be helpful in maintaining an overall tenderness. I do not allow the use of tampons, since the only way possible is anally and I do not personally feel that is very safe. It is too easy for fibers to get caught and cause problems. Instead I make sure that a sanitary belt is purchased, and the largest pads (post-natal) are on hand. These are uncomfortable and unattractive. She sdhould purchase these items herself to experience the humility of checking out with these feminine products. Cramps: A nice laxative (or enema) can get some realistic cramping happening. Actually, I tend to give 2 or even 3 fleet enemas at a time, so she is nice and full and the cramping is assured. The cramping will also continue for a time after expulsion. Lower back ache/pain: I try to find whatever it is that will trigger her discompfort in that areas, and that will be done. It might be some uncomfortable bondage which results in the lower back achiness, or even just having to walk around in very high heels from a couple of days before the "period". Since that throws the alignment of the body off, it sometimes works to cause this sort of discomfort. I used to experience pelvic pain also. Although I have never done it, I have been sorely tempted to beat upon the pelvic bone to cause the pelvic tenderness. But I do not have the experience to make sure it is done without additional helath ramifications. I would also make sure that this was experienced for a full 7 days out of the 28 day cycle. It is one thing to be happy that "she" is having a period. It is quite another to actually have to experience everything that entails! If she must experience the reality of the menstrual cycle, or as much reality as is possible, I am sure that she will tire of it much more quickly! *Smile* Good luck....
