Well I know of a hypno-domme who has worked with TV/TS to give them a monthly emotional cycle, but its not like the bleeding or cramps afaik. I've also experienced "PMS" when I was jumping on and off hormones, but I really dont recommend that (major health concerns in taking any hormones).

I know a lot of girls try the whole insert-tampon-in-ass thing, might be useful when combined with using enemas... but I dont know much about that whole scene. ^_^

I'm sorry.  Maybe I am seeing a lot of different things from a number of places that include some sort of medical play that isn't being done by someone who knows what damage they could be doing.  Just a little alarmed at what some people are messing with.  No need for a dispute here... lol... just don't get the risks some take in the name of kink or fetish.  Getting old sucks as it is... why make it any harder?

Hello Beautiful, i think prednisone or any other steroid ought to do that, i have often called it menopause in a pill.

First of all -- Thank you to everyone who posted to my original post. I appreciate all of your comments and most of your sentiments. And a special thanks to GoddessDustyGold for your thoughtful response. Here is more info for those of you who asked. But first I want to assure you all that I would never do anything to injure my submissive. I love her dearly and want her to be fully functional as a male. Some of you expressed concerns about using a tampon in the rectum. We had those same concerns -- that it would dry things out too much. Also, personally I agree that if she is going to have a menstrual cycle that she should use pads.- as I did when I was a young girl. I didn't know that kotex belts were still available , but I will be looking for one in the near future. As for the "flow" and "recipe" his is what we do. She has to use an enema so that is is cleaned out. In order for her to experience a pseudo-flow we use an enema bottle to inject the "recipe" into here rectum. The recipe is a combination of water-soluable lube and red food coloring.  So she has that injected- and it will drip out as she wears a pad- thus producing a flow. Also, she has had her period in this manner when we have gone to parties. I accompany her to the bathroom. We carry a container of the premade "flow" and I put some on her pad and she has to wear it for a period of time. Sometimes I use the warming type of lube for this -- but that is only on her pad -- do no use the warming lube if you are injecting. I hope this makes our process more clear to you. I do not think it is sick to do this to her -- for her-- to at least experience more of what a woman goes through. She has realized that there is much more to being a girl or woman than wearing a bra, panties and stockings. I think this has brought her closer to me in a way as she understands more what I have gone through my whole life. We are not 24/7 so it would be impossible for me to make her have her period for 7 days-- though I would like to. I think she will grow tired of this process at some point too. But I think she is very caring and compassionate toward me when I am PMSing and all that comes after that. I wanted to post here to see if any other Dommes or Mistresses had done this before. This is still a trial and error period for us doing this and I hope to share this with others in the future. My girl wants this experience for her own reasons, but I can see some Dommes using this for humiliation and/or punishment for a CD sub. Thanks again for all the responses. Status: offline 		I seriously doubt any one's going to have seriousl health problems by wearing a giant maxi pad and pretending to menstrate.  Nothing any one has said seems like anything to cause harm. Nor does it sound sick.  Lacking overies does not mean you can not fake experincing menstration.

Please tell us what about straping a old garter belt and a giant maxi pad going to cause long term harm? Nothing mentioned so far , except maybe beating the pelvis, which she said she wouldn't do.

It wasn't explained and left to my imagination.  I am imaginative.  I also think medically.  Forcing a flow sounded like blood or creating something that might be medical and since it was left open... and many of us were lost as to how this could happen... I assumed in some part.  I see a lot of things that can be dangerous or have an effect later on in life.  So my mind jumped.  I get a little tired of seeing risky things being done cluelessly and get impatient with it.  If you can't understand simple concern for medical well being and want to argue... cool... That doesn't happen to be my thing though.

Status: offline 		I don't want anyone to misundertstand what I was trying to sday.  I have actually had many CDs approach Me and, often, one of their wishes is to emulate a menstrual cycle.  It is not as uncommon as some seem to assume.
Therefore, if I decide that I will do this, I try to make sure that it is more realistic than "pretending".  I want them to experience the discomfort and innconvenience as much as possible,  It may seem thrilling, romantic, exciting and fun but if they really want to try to be more "womanly" than it needs to be more than just sticking a tampon up the ass (which I will not do!) and whispering with a giggle that it is "that time of the month".  Hence the creativity in inducing breast tenderness, a backache, cramps and the humiliation and irritating rub of a large sanitary napkin hooked to a sanitary belt.  If it makes it more interesting to stain the pad with something red, warm and wetly icky, then that can be added to the mix. 
To the OP:  Yes, you can get those belts.  They are used all the time in the hospitals for post natal flow since tampons cannot be used after birth and you should be able to find them fairly easily.

Status: offline 		There actually is a product out there that you can order from an internet compnay called Castle Supplys.  They sell a product called a V-String Vagina.  It is used to give a male the illusion of female anatomy.  They are pricey and tier up as you add options to them.  But they require you sit when using the restroom, some have sheaths that allow items to be inserted into the vagina gaff.  And the most expensive version comes with a menstrual option, where a small plastic bag, is filled with refrigerated fake blood, and as it the body warms the packet of fake blood, the flow begins.  There website is here:   http://www.castlesupplys.com/newframe/castleframe.htm

Status: offline 		As a CD myself (getting more into it), this is pretty interesting.  Using something like lube and food coloring or even that plug and freezing maybe some red-colored water is giving me some good ideas.  I also like the idea of simulating breast discomfort and cramps and back pain.  After all, if I want to "become" a woman, then I should know what it truly feels like.  That's my intention in doing this - to have it be as real as possible.  Definitely going to look into these things!!
