How are meals served and eaten in your household? Eat together, side by side? slave at feet? Master before slave? slave eats cum for dinner?

Status: offline 		On the rare evening that we eat a meal at the same time. Generally he grills and I make everything else (bread, salad, veggies aned whatever). Then we eat side-by-side. The only reason being that we don't have a dining table, just a bar with high chairs or the coffee table.

Status: offline 		i was brought up in the south, although i'm not sure if that has any relevance or not. From my earliest memories, in a multi-generational home, my grandfather was served first, my father, my brother, my grandmother, me and then my mother. i never really thought anything about it, that's just the way it was. Once i was married, i carried on the "tradition" by serving my husband first. Over the years i gave birth to 3 sons, so the "tradition" got a little fuzzy..usually determined by who could eat the meal with the least help, or who was fussing the loudest..lol.

Status: offline 		We generally eat together, becaues we like the closeness of it. Mostly I cook, with occational help for the stuff that's multipart. (or if he's making one of "his" things like gumbo)

we like the eat-together time, 'cause its a space to discuss the day and what's happened, especially if we've been at work/school all day.

Status: offline 		As we're a poly family with children...I sit at the head of the table...I'm served first... the children are sat at the other end and served next..then my slaves sit to either side of me...makes no difference what side and then serve themselves...once all are seated we say grace and begin...this affords us group family time to interact together as a unit...

Status: offline 		It varies for us. I often serve my owner and the rest of us eat seperately. If we are eating together or formally, we will all eat at table together, with Master being served first, the unmentionables next and myself last. Other times, if the unmentionables are not home, he will put me at his feet after I've served him. There is no set pattern for it, but most often, it is as I first described it.

we don't have a dining room table; meals are usually served on a TV Table at the computer or on the sofa. I serve Him first, with all the 'prep work' done: ie, buttering His rolls, cutting the meal into bite sized pieces, etc.

Sometimes He'll instruct me to go ahead and feed Him so that He can continue to focus on what He's already working on.

There's times I won't serve myself until He has had his fill - there's been times He was extra hungry, so the portion I had put aside for myself, I bring to him, then make myself something else.

Usually, He is sitting on the sofa or a chair, and I sit on the floor by His feet.

Cum is usually dessert. :: wink ::

Status: offline 		The Owner almost always cooks because he likes it and is better at it. We all eat together at a table, usually with TV and/or a newspaper. I usually clean up. We're really low protocol.

Status: offline 		Master cooks more often than i do, with the exception of Sundays. That's His long shift so i cook. We usually sit down in the living room and watch TV while we eat. I generally have too big of an appetite to be satisfied with just cum - that's a snack.

Status: offline 		Depends on what we are doing at the time. What day of the week, etc.

If BBQing I fix everything but the meat. He grills.
If any other meal I cook it all, clean it all up. He serves himself. Usually
at the table.
Now and then we will watch movies and eat at the same time. If so, he sits on
the sofa. I sit on the floor and have my plate on the coffee table eating.

Although, all of my life I have rarely ever used furniture. Always enjoyed sitting
or lying on the floor before anything else. So, that is usually where I sit. It is nothing for anyone to see me sitting at his feet.
Its just normal.

So to summarize I'd say normally side by side at a table. Yet sometimes in the living room side by side sort of.

i ALWAYS do the cooking of ALL meals, including packing Masters lunch daily as well. When we eat at home together, i serve Her first then i sit and eat. i always stop eating if Master need a refill of Her drink or another helping of something. Where we eat varies. Either the dining table, in front of the TV or breakfast in bed style is where we may eat. i always do the clean up after meals too. The only time i will not cook is when Master decides to BBQ. The BBQ is off limits to me. LOL!! but still i will prepare the side dishes.

Status: offline 		I do all the cooking, have for 37yrs. Hubby's office is in the house so we usually eat 3 meals a day together unless He is out at a client's. We do eat out quite often, especially for breakfast, which is when we talk business. When we eat at home it is usually in front of the TV and computer. We only use the dining room table when we have guests and for holiday meals.

Status: offline 		I usually cook, sometimes however master does. He's been to culinary school and is a chef soo.. obviously he can do many things I cannot and better. However, dinner is always eaten at the table. That is a big thing with me, and a structure we both want for the children. The children are served first, then Master, and then myself. Generally, he cleans up from dinner while I attend to the kids, but not always - sometimes I clean and he tends to them.

Status: offline 		i'm not allowed in Her kitchen except to cut the food before it's cooked and wash the dishes when the meal is over. This was a very wise decision on Her part as i tend to cook in a way that induces food poisoning or smoke inhalation.

Status: offline 		Nothing to special here...we both work shift work and a rearly home together for any meal. Although if we are, we take turns cooking, and usual eat side by side, unless i've been misbehaving. Then I eat on the floor by her feet, that is if i am allowed to eat to begin with. The only reason for this arrangments, is my rights to the furniture are usual the first to go. Its not that she wants me eating on the floor by her feet. If we do get the time to sit down for a meal together it is special and we both like to keep and a level playing feild for that.
