Greetings to all. I have checked the archives for this question and did not find it altho I am sure it has been asked before.

I have a problem with gagging when deep throating my Master. I know I need to learn to relax these muscles but have not found a way to do so. Are there any suggestions from the other sub/slaves to accomplish this task?

hi Slvr,

You really have to find the perfect position for you to gain control over the way you take your Master deep. One of my favorite positions of course is 69. That allows me to approach from pretty much a direct on angle, straight down. Another really favorite position is with him laying on the bed with his legs bent just at the knees so his feet are touching the ground. I kneel between his legs and service him that way. I also tend to slide his cock along the roof of my mouth and take him that way. If you take him directly to the back of your throat, and your gag reflex is sensitive, it's going to set it right off.

I do not have much of a gag reflex at all. Master has to push hard for me to even pause, much less gag. Don't be so conscious of the reflex, focus on his responses and really choose a great angle for you. You can't go wrong then!

I have sorta the same issue, but my problem is more towards the having my air way constricted side than the gagging side. I can't breathe and well..That's only sexy for so long. Though I do tend to gag. It's kinda pissy. >=|

You may also wanna try laying on your back on the bed...have your head to the edge of the bed....and have your guy fuck your mouth from that postion....its a great "straight in" shot from there...and dont forget to breathe!

Then again it is the actual retching and gagging that is a turn on for some men, probably a lot of men, unless they have gotten all of their sex education from watching porn. Watching a woman choke on his member can make him feel large, powerful, wonderful. Full on vomit isn't sexy, sure, but don't worry too much about it without a stunt-double available.

My dentist recommended peppermint for any residual gagging after the novocaine wore off from extensive back-molar restoration. Peppermint has long been used as a prevention or cure for nausea.

practice with hot dog weiners then work your way up to larger items. also, breathe through your nose.

Greetings Master,

I find that working with inanimate objects wasn't very helpful. The problem is that you can completely control the object and how it is in your mouth. It doesn't moan or jerk it's hips or pull on your hair to bring your mouth closer to it. See the inherent problem here? It's definitely a "practice makes perfect" exercise here.

Hot dogs and other food items used to "practice" can easily fall down the windpipe and choke a person for real and should never be used. Breathing through ones nose when the airway is blocked by penis or large carrot will not help. The nose does not use an alternate airway and if anything goes past the soft pallet, it's going to restrict or block the airway. Period. Advising to learn not to panic when the airway is temporarily blocked would be better advice.

I've used a dildo to practice on and over time was able to do more and more. While it's not the same as having a Dom grab your hair and pull you further or dealing with his movements, it has helped.

Not sure if there is a scientific, physical, mental, or other reason beyond
simple ingrained desire to serve in this aspect, but i lost my gag reflex
many years ago and find nothing inhibits my abilities to please in this way.
(Well maybe small and ugly is a good deterent, but that is beside the point)

Personally he enjoys when I gag, and that I continue to take him deep anyway. I love when he controls me with fistsfull of hair, forcing himself deep. I think he'd be dissapointed if I didn't gag at least a little :)

Hi Slvrfox,
I had trouble too & read every article I could find on how to dt & this advice worked for me when you feel that gag tilt your head back & swallow & swallow & keep swallowing.
Now can anyone tell me how to keep my teeth from scaping? lol

Sometimes I enjoy it when I gag. Really just breathe and don't be so afraid that you will gag. The best way I found was like breatheasone said, lay your head over the side of the bed and take it that way .. or try a little throat spray to numb it bit ... or use some extra lube. All good things. Let us know how it goes.

Ahhhh the teeth scraping. Master has never complained but there have been times when I have felt the scraping and worked consciously to stop doing it. I think it has something to do with the pressure we use. I sometimes clamp too tight and my mouth gets tired, leading to the scraping. Depending on the motion I can keep my mouth more relaxed and not use the teeth. Somehow begging Master to last longer during a blow job never enters my mind. LOL

I've tried the Anbesol on the back of the tongue to numb the throat...it works. Timing the breathing is very important. And practice every chance you get...he'll love it :)

Anything with actual mint in it should help - some more than others.

There's some mint edible oral 'cream' that an ex picked up at a Passion party one time. I can say emphatically that it works wonders. Shouldn't be hard to find, I suspect.

I think this is the key, most people are going to gag sometimes, you have to learn to not to react to it too much and keep breathing.
