It happens. Doesn't mean they are weak - just means they get really turned on and the blood in their balls is losing oxygen and turning blue. It is, however, a pathetic attempt to get laid when a man goes "Come on baby, I've got blue balls! If you don't do something they will fall off!"

Exactly.  It happens to women as well- they get very aroused and then nothing happens and they get achy and uncomfortable due to the rush.

That in itself is no big deal- it happens and it goes away.  Suggesting someone SHOULD do something about it however, is pathetic.

As men we are told to respect women and NO as NO.

I'm not a rape advocate, but this statement seemed humorously out of place to me on these forums. [:D]

I'm always fascinated by the folks that authoritatively state blue balls don't exist. Sure, if I get REALLY aroused, and stay that way for hours without doing anything about it, I hurt like hell. So much so that I can't sit down comfortably, lay on my stomach, even having the weight of the bedsheet on my genitals was too painful while laying on my back in bed. As RumpusParable said, it's unrelieved vasocongestion, not some great medical mystery.

Fortunately I'm not 16 years old anymore. And even when I was 16, I accepted that it was my issue to deal with, not hers (this is strikingly similar to the answer I gave in the PMT thread!)
