This quote explains a lot about the hostility that plagues many communities. The problem is... people refuse to believe they are casting these judgements. I know that years ago, I thought a lot of things were fantasy that have become reality after experience. Heck, a good portion of my life I can tell the truth about, and people believe they are reading about a fantasy. This is very eye-opening. I admit that I have, in the past, made the same judgements. I'm learning not to, though. We all have to learn and grow, and I am merely a mortal. It's about perception, and judgements must be made from a persons experiences. Even with no ill-will, we have to make certain decisions about what we read and hear. We just need to remember that everything looks different when seen, spoken or felt from a different point of view. Thank you for bringing this to us. May I ask who the author is?
