What is the purpose of having countless slaves with the sole objective of just beating them?

Do others imagine having a slave/submissive to guide them in a positive manner? That is my goal.

I possess a sadistic streak, but not to the point of using the person up. People aren't disposable. Most "dommes" give me the impression that they lack empathy.

Well I'm not into collecting slaves, some people are. In terms of everything else I want my cake and ice cream at the same time. I want somebody who I can beat and use and do wicked nasty kinky things with, yet at the same time be able to guide them in a positive manner. What happens inside and outside of the BDSM scene play box are two different things.

I'm not quite sure why "dommes" was written that way, but anyway..................

What is the purpose in anything? What is the purpose of you wanting a slave/submissive to guide? Why do some people live in houses and some in boats? Why do I like chocolate and my sister doesn't? Who cares? Just because something isn't your thing, doesn't mean it isn't anyone elses thing.

Actually, I am yet to meet a Dom or Domme who has "countless slaves" for the sole purpose of beating them. When would they have the time to do all the housework?

I have a Maso streak and don't try to hide it. It's actually gives me a bit of empathy, as well as inspiration for things to do. I'm really not shy when it comes to hurting somebody who wants it. Some people are disposable to other people, it's not just limited to BDSM lifestyle. Basically happens any time when somebody has used you for what the wanted and move on. In terms of Dommes I have encountered from this website, I've not encountered any with a great lack of empathy. Then again, I'm not either female or submissive.

It appeals to some peoples egos, the more slaves the more powerful they feel. Some say variety is the spice of life, though I do consider that true multiple relationships can be a lot of work. I don't have that much time on my hands atm. Personally, I'd rather just have my one and take care of him then to have an entire harem. But that is just me,what other people do is their business.

When you say "beat" do you mean flogging? or do you meaning something abusive? Why do people do anything that they do? It provides some sort of a reward for them.

Then you don't know very many good Dommes. I have a lot of empathy and I don't beat my slave just to beat on him. I may flog him and it is an activity that we both enjoy. But to "beat" him for no reason? Sounds like something I would have no interest in whatsoever.

countless? most that i have known that "collect slaves" for the sole purpose of using, abusing, and disposing of slaves are quite proud of their tally....

why do little old ladies collect cats? I dont know...I collect John Deere memorabilia...some people collect base ball cards....shrugs...to each their own. Although I really doubt the sole purpose is to beat them...that would be really ineffeciant...Im sure the dom would have them cook and clean too....

I think the real question should be is why do some feel the need to have a stable of slaves. I say this because there are some Dominants (And I am not referring to anyone here on Collar Me) who don't abide by the aspect of SSC or RACK and they tend to go too far in terms of how they treat their slaves. What must be understood is that slavery in a non-consensual way is still illegal in this country in accordance to the 14th Amdendment, where in BDSM terms, slavehood (not slavery), is more related to one's vocation in a consensual way.

If you are really wailing on them...A few are bound to die....So, why would one ever want to find himself in a slave bind? Countless slaves would seem to be the only logical path.
