I want to be up for sale. I was prize once but nobody paid for me...
 
As for the bidding. I match the 12 years junk food of chias choice, up it to also cook all his meals and desserts from scratch. I meet the 2 days a week off and up it to include funding for those days.
I will also groom and pet the chia. Care for and  cuddle him like he deserves.
