Trust is when the actions always match the words.

Absolutely beautiful!  It's called integrity, credibility, honesty.  Trust is easier when people have compatible morals, values and beliefs.

Never wrong??  Can you truly believe or can your Dominant truly believe he is infallible?  Master has the final say in any decision.  He values my council and i trust His decision.  my decision was to surrender and i trust myself to have made that decision wisely.  The rest of the decisions are His.

i am in a dilema. How does one really trust the Dom they are with. As it sounds like the Dom is always correct and the sub/slave has to accept whatever befalls them?

I've finally gotten around to answer this post - and my answer is simple. You can't force trust, you either do or don't, and your decisions will always be weighted on the degree of trust you have established, or the lack of it. When you do fully trust a dominant to take control of you without restriction, and to yield to him fully, it won't be a question of "can I trust him", it will be an instinctive and natural expression of "I trust you". It is up to the dominant to bring you to that point, to teach you that you have nothing to fear from him and that within his hand you are safe.

He's not always correct. He's hard headed and can ignore important info while focused on a goal. That's one of the things I do for him, present him with information he missed.

But if you take care and pick an intelligent person who doesn't believe himself to be perfect, then this won't be a problem. Pick someone who wants you to be his sounding board, to hit him over the head when necessary to prevent him from screwing up.

It all comes down to the sort of person you pick for your relationships. If you always pick clueless wonders who think they're above question, then the problem is yours for picking them in the first place.

Remember, the only constant in all your relationships is you.
