I recommend Tiger Balm.

I have been having sex with my Sub over the last few weeks just about every other day.  She is starting to get sore from all the sex.  Is there anything I can use to alleviate some of her soreness?  Besides not having sex, becuase I enjoy using my slave that way.

Sitz bath.

"A sitz bath is literally what it sounds like; a bath where you sit in warm water that covers the buttocks and hips. Sitting in warm water allows more blood to reach the impacted area, promoting healing and helping with any discomfort. A sitz bath uses the theory of hydrotherapy or water therapy."

I looked at your profile and read your journals..  It seems that she has a problem handling your size and that's why she gets so sore?  Has she had this problem with other men?  Have you had this problem with other women?

Yes.  She is having deep pains, not from not being wet enough during intercourse.  I don't think she has had this problem with other men, as they haven't wanted to have sex as much as I have.  I would say we have intercourse almost every other day.

I have had this problem with other women.  Unfortunatley it has always ended with a not so happy parting of ways, as I am a very sexual person in terms of liking to have sex.  And I like her a lot, I just don't know if this will go away or is it something where I have to control myself for the health of my sub.

Are you banging her cervical cap?  That bruises it, and if that is the case, you have to be a little circumspect about shoveling the coal to her like that. Have the doc check it out.

I would suggest rubbing peppermint oil on the sore areas.  Then she would leave your ass, and the problem will be solved.

My first thought was jeeze, just be a man and fuck the whore 'till she's numb and quit whining for her.  Haha, half kidding.

Seriously though, I've had some problems before that are more serious than just being fucked raw, though that is how it starts out, and it can be hard to tell if there is a worse problem that has set in.  As mentioned, yeast infection can be an issue, and women are more susceptible to that when having sex frequently, and when the flesh is iritated or broken.  Then it is hard to tell if the pain and burning are just "fucked raw", or an infection.  Blader infection is a similar issue, but more dangerous because it is really bad news if it spreads to the kidneys.  I'm really prone to them and is pretty much the one thing I'll sincerely ask for a time out to deal with if I suspect one.  There are otc tests to see if you have bacteria in your urine, and I self-medicate with cranberry capsules, uva ursi, juniper berry, goldenseal, there are lots of good "urinary tract care" coctails out there that work well for me without having to get perscription antibiotics.  Uva ursi is the magic bullet for me, but it is hard to find by its self.  And cranberry alone won't do it.  But I'm not a doctor, just giving ideas and personal experience.

Not all women can stand having their cervix banged at.  Try other positions. If you're pierced it can make it much worse.  Also try nonlatex if you're using condoms and a thicker lube.  By the way using peppermint oil in the vagina is a bad idea and can cause infection and imbalance easily.

edited because I can't type.

Celeste43 -> RE: Sub is too Sore...options? (10/11/2007 3:10:47 PM)

Not bubble bath, that can cause allergic reactions in mucus areas like the vagina.

Give her a couple of days to recover and next time use lube. Honestly this isn't rocket science here.

And if it happens again when you start up, or if she doesn't begin to feel better after a day of rest then both of you go get tested for yeast infections, or UTI's. The term honeymoon cystitis comes to mind here.

MaDomAura -> RE: Sub is too Sore...options? (10/11/2007 3:13:50 PM)

Round 2! Using cranberry juice for UTI, vaginal, and bladder infections can backfire, if the juice is sweet. These microbes feed on sugar. (SO avoid lubes that have that "sweet" taste, like Astroglide, and many flavored lubes). Condoms with spermicide, or any spermicidal substance can lead to irritation. Condoms also can be abrasive with the friction causing abrading (kind of like rug burn) so back to a good lube.

As far as deep penetration, congratulations on having the hardware to do the job. Having the woman properly aroused, will cause the vaginal cud-de-sac to balloon, moving the cervix back deeper into the body. The vaginal depth changes during the menstrual cycle, so certain days will be more pleasurable, others less. The angle of penetration makes all the difference. There's a good relative angle for every couple. Aiming higher, or lower is a start. Avoiding certain positions like doggy that allow deepest penetration. Using pillows or like to change her pelvic tilt can really help.

One of my partners is HUGE, and I can be uncomfortable with full penetration, my trick is to have him apply pressure just over my pubic bone. This redirects his trust, and massages my "G spot" and it so pleasurable I just gush with multiple orgasms! Now, where's his number???

This is really so simple. Check to be sure there is no medical problem, such as infection. And then you may want to consider that your sub has two other holes for you to use. If she is your sub, they are yours...so get with the idea of sexual variety.

came bubble bath's have been known to cause yeast infections in women and are not reaally recommended by gyno's.

Neala -> RE: Sub is too Sore...options? (10/11/2007 3:27:42 PM)

Have you ever used Azo anything? I swear by those things. Cranberry pills and pills to help with yeast infections. They also have pills that turn your pee like this pumpkin orange color that helps with bladder infections. You can pick them up at CVS, Wal-mart, Walgreens.

Sorry, had to add that.

Tigrita -> RE: Sub is too Sore...options? (10/11/2007 3:40:25 PM)

The azo is the orange stuff.  It just helps with symptoms, it won't cure the infection, if it is one.  If it is just blader/genital irritation, it will help the symptoms.  Goldenseal also helps blader/urethral iritation. Yes, I recomend cranberry pills over juice because they don't have the extra sugar and you can get a lot more potency without drinking that awful stuff 4 times a day.  What I'd do is try laying off sex for a few days, popping about 500mg of uva ursi, goldenseal, and cranberry 2-3 times a day, and using a yeast infection cream, and sitz baths (add table salt or baking soda, the microbes don't like that, but no perfumed products); that will all help the most likely culprits and not do any harm if it is not those culprits.  If not significantly better in 3 days, see doc, sooner if it gets worse despite not having sex.  I just don't like to take antibiotics if not absolutely necessary, that is just me.

Have to echo this here.

I can have rough vaginal sex a couple times a day for several weeks and not get sore (at least not the bad kind of sore  *eg*), but if I get an infection then it is painful as hell.

So.. A couple of other people have asked and I don't see the answer, so I'll ask.. Are you very long as well as thick?  Are you hitting "bottom" (pardon the pun) ie: her cervix, when you thrust?  Or, (and I suspect this is the problem) is it simply your girth that causes too much friction against the walls of her vagina?

You said that the pain was "not that she was not wet enough"  but you may not know this for sure.. Next time, use a whole bunch of lube and see if that helps at all.  Go at a slower pace and keep adding lube..

Edited to add:
You mentioned that you were having sex every other day.. How many times on that day?  Maybe switch to every day and less frequency..  I had this sort of problem with my ex and it was like exercising.. If there was a lull of too much time in between having sex, I had problems..If it was every day, it was much easier...

littlebitxxx -> RE: Sub is too Sore...options? (10/11/2007 8:12:49 PM)

My first thought was "Only every other day?!?  Poor kid."   Then you went on to explain that you're hitting bottom.  Yikes!  That can be freakin painful!  Now I have a bit of sympathy.  Try different positions.  And maybe different times of the month as the cervix can tilt back and forth according to the time of her cycle.  When faced with that dilemma (well, not really faced...lol) I preferred doggie style.  Then I could angle my hips accordingly and not take the bang so deeply.

Oh yes, and have her see her gyno too.  Make sure everything is hunky dorey up there.

Good luck to ya.

Neala -> RE: Sub is too Sore...options? (10/11/2007 10:04:25 PM)

That is just the funniest thing I've read all day. Why didn't I think of that?
