This is a pretty cool optical illusion.... It is called "motion-induced blindness."

Click on the link and focus your eyes on the green dot in the center and after a few seconds you will notice that the yellow dots in your peripheral vision disappear even though they are always there....

lol, lol.lol. focus on the yellow dots...they really do disappear.......it is not an optical illusion whatsoever.........it is REAL.

Hmm the top right one didn't 'disappear' lol. N Ron I stared at those one at a time but they didn't flash at all. Dang I hope I don't need new glasses already!

Pick a yellow dot to stare at and even the green will disappear.

Someone told me this was a test for early stage dementia, all I can say is: “You poor souls do you really see them dots disappear?”
