Seeing a man in uniform makes my heart beat faster, I get this 'weird' feeling, probablyone reason why I have always been attracted to Military Men or Men in Law Enforcement.  Its a sence of authority, protection, confidence, control, not so much power for me, since power is elusive at times.  Also in my experience most of the men that I have known who were Top-Types WERE current or retired Military or Law Enforcement; even MJ is retired Military. I am drawn to them and they seem drawn to me.

When I dated a fighter pilot, just seeing him in his uniform was enough to make me want to do anything he wanted, lol.

Its a mental self-mind f*** of sorts.

Oooh, I completely understand. My bf is ex-Marine, and he's the only one who will ever, EVER, top Me in bed. And to add to that, I have cop-phobia - I instantly begin to sweat and shake when I see a cop car nearby, and all these elaborate fantasies of getting felt up against the sirens inundate My awesome brain.

Love,
GM

Add me to the uniform thread, I like wearing them but hard to find a navy white sailor suit at my size.
And besides I'm a miltary brat and support those who serve.  I don't support the war but you didn't ask that, did you

God....where WERE all you uniform-lovers when I was in the service?  Granted, I already know...~sighs~...many of you weren't born yet or were somewhere in age from 1-10.

I did notice that, with some women, the sight of my colleagues and myself in our dress uniforms...maroon beret, polished jump boots with the pant legs "bloused" into the top, the blue infantry cord on one shoulder and the 82nd Airborne cord on the other shoulder and the polished jump wings on the chest...seemed to cause at least a second glance.

NOT nice to tease like that.  Tha's cruel to tease like that.  I live by the local guard base [yea... men in unifrom on a daily basis] and have guy friends who are in various branches of the military, I have picked a few of them up after they come home and seeing them in their uniforms makes me go weak in the knees. Even men in suits can do it for me as well; its that 'air' that men in Uniform have about them, whether they know it or not.

Looks like I'm gonna have to find a movie to watch with men in uniforms.

Of course, there is the tuxedo…

Not really a uniform, but it does tend to get the eye.

I have to agree uniforms are a turn on but for some reasons costumes that imitate them just arent nearly as sexy for me. Id prefer a man in his uniform whether it be a suit for the business man or very common where i live  man in carharts mmm that totally does it for me.

Uniforms are a symbol. They can be a symbol of either authority and domination, or submission and subservience. For example, the french maid's uniform, or the catholic school girl's uniform. They can also be a signifier of innocence... this is probably why the japanese have a thing for girls in schoolgirl outfits as well. Uniforms are a great way of accelerating a scene, and establishing roles very quickly. If a sub walks into my house, and I'm wearing a cop's uniform, they know they are about to re-enact an episode of "Cops" only with a much happier ending for both of us. Or, if I've laid out the french maid's uniform for her, that she is going to go through some rather intense re-training because of a poor performance in cleaning my house.

To use a common term that the kids do these days, it's "Cosplay." (Costume play) What's not to like? We call our sessions "scenes" we role play... it speaks to the theatricality of BDSM. Not for everyone, sure. But you have to admit, it does have a fun side!

"If all the world's a stage, then I demand better lighting design."  -any third year acting student.

Indeed, it's not the uniform that one wears.  It's what they do when they're in it.

I was in Israel about ten years ago and I found all those young female conscripts a real turn on. I think it was the contrast between their girly giggly personalities and the karki fatigues and large guns. But also, there is something about a very pretty girl in uniform and somehow the unisex uniforms were even more erotic. I must go back, soon.

Wow, no one else was hot for the Banana on a Stick girls? (and no, there's no need to read Freudian metaphors in that)

I wore a uniform for 3 1/2 years in the millitary and the only uniform I liked were the combats. I hated the dress uniform... never looked good in uniform just didn't have the body type to do them justice. So its not fetish for me.
