Yes - here it is! In the light of the growing "nanny state" its been decided that we need to identify model citizens to hold up as a shining example for the rest of us - and to put in charge to make sure we're all good boys and girls.

Tick the boxes which apply to you and then use our simple scoring method to decide if youre a model citizen!

One tick - not bad, but you must try harder
Two ticks - stand in the corner for five minutes
Three ticks - write out a hundred times "I must be a good citizen"
More than three ticks - report for reeducation next Friday fortnight

No ticks - Excellent! You're just what we're looking for! Now simply answer the following qualification question - do you know best? (Y/N)

no, sorry - you have to be able to tick none of them and be sure that you know best, to qualify
