Right now I'm on a pretty intense fitness regimen, in an attempt to lose some weight; so far it's working, as I've lost twenty pounds and am looking at losing more, and now have biceps, triceps and shoulders, of which I'm rather proud. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are long cardio days for me: twenty minutes on a stationary bike, thirty minutes on an elliptical machine, and then at least ten minutes jogging on a treadmill, plus fifteen minutes of stretching to cool down afterwards. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are weight training days, starting with ten minutes on the stationary bike, then leg presses, leg curls, shoulder presses, overhead presses, standing calf extensions, and some free weights, and then thirty minutes on an elliptical machine, and fifteen minutes of stretching. Sundays I'm supposed to rest, but I usually end up walking my two dogs all over the mountains and back. [:D]
