It's the annual football game between the University of Georgia and the University of Florida. They play the game not in Athens, GA... not in Gainesville, FL... but in Jacksonville, FL at what used to be commonly called the Gator Bowl (since renovated to be the home of the Jacksonville Jaguars, the NFL team). The stadium is now called by it's official name, Jacksonville Municipal Stadium. Every year, fans of both the Bulldogs (University of Georgia) and the Gators (University of Florida) arrive days ahead of the game, set up, and tailgate like there's no tomorrow... hence the moniker "the world's largest outdoor cocktail party."
