Status: offline 		Ok this is silly, but I have "lost" a word here (yeah what I call a brain fart).  What is it when you are hit with a cane?  Whack, whap, slap, swat, lash ... I know there is a word for it but I cannot "find" the word in my brian (yeah the 60's were good to me!lmao).  So pplleeezee???? sombody tell me what word I am looking for???

I will send you cookies!

Status: offline 		well, cookies in this house are yes, indeed homemade from scratch.  the current ones in the cache are my take on a "Vanilla Tea Cake" with crushed almonds.  Pecans are also a favorite, especially in vanilla-toll house-chocolate chip cookies.  i do have this amazing thing but its not a cookie, rather a rolled thing filled with crushed pecans and honey, supposed to be from an Italian recipe and cut into slices.

LOVE the picture of the tit and the wheel ... mmm a favorite toy with or without the violet wand!

Everyone could come to our house for "tea and cookies"  clothing optional, toy bringers get extra cookies!!!  Then I could read you all the story I am in the middle of that I needed the cane word for!

But for you, plain but oh so good chocolate chippers it is!  Variety IS the spice of life after all!

Strokes or Cuts: the phrase used for the count that is to be administered as well as Strikes, Slips, Taps, and Demerits however they were never used in an ixclusive manner.
 
Falaka: a Tool used to render prisoners unable to run away. The Term was used with the Aribic or Persian end of history but has it's ground in the orient as well.
 
Birching: is the British term for Corporal Punishment of the Buttox with a Birch Rod.
 
Flagellation: is the act of whipping and not usually with a cane however it may have been the word you were looking for.

Status: offline 		Steel, thanks to you as well.  Please come for cookies!  There are never too many words to have in ones vocabulary and it makes me 'nuts' to know that I used to know it can't for the life of me think of it when I need it!

Ok, time to rip myself away from all this endearing company and make some supper, and get back to my sewing project for a few minutes!
