I've had a few opportunities in the flesh to co-top submissives with women who were brand new or relatively new to domination. Even way back when, when I was still learning myself, I used to enjoy tying up guys for other women and trying to point out to them what was so damned hot about it - and then telling them what to do to the poor guy - this, of course, was more about fun and games. But the real "teaching" type sessions I have done were incredibly fun. It gives me a chance to enjoy the experience one-step-removed and from the outside looking in, and it takes the pressure off the new femdom because she doesn't have to be thinking on her feet the entire time. And for the sub? Well, what does a sub have to complain about when two women are ganging up on him?

Seriously, though, the best part is *pointing out* to the new woman what turns me on, and seeing if it works for her -- sometimes we hit gold, other times just a little, and there are times that some things do fall flat. But at the end, she generally has found a lot to build on. It also gives me a chance to keep overly-eager subs in check, correcting their bad behaviors when I see them, and managing any problems that might be in his style - and that shows the newer femdom how to keep him in check also.

Sadly, I have not done this in a couple of years. I got to thinking, though, that technology actually is common enough now that would allow this kind of "femdom remote learning" to occur. Why not have the submissive and new femdom on cam, and the femdom on the telephone, as the experienced domina gives her suggestions, helps her with the right talk, and tells her how to correct the submissive? I think it could be really interesting. And hot, of course.

Has anyone done this sort of thing?

I think this is a great idea and a good service to provide. The technology factor is amazing and I think this could also be a wonderful way to introduce people who are leary of their public scenes.

When I was on the board of our local BDSM group I used to host a series of classes for new Dommes. Most of the meetings were hands on (with the use of my boys) for them to practice on, ask questions of and did not include their submssives. I've also taken on the role of mentor on several occasssions for budding Mistresses.

It is much better for all involved if the to be Dommes learn from another Domme vs. learning from her submissive which often leads to many of the problems stated in your previous post from this week "How to become a Domina".

I've never thought of throwing in the cam factor. I just recently took up teaching hands on again, and I agree with you about the fun it can be. I don't know if I'd attempt it electronically. Sharing the toys and the bottoms in person might be too much to pass up.

I am really wanting a more experienced Domme to co-top and learn from...I have been looking locally for a good fit but have not really found it...Lady Pact would be awesome but she is several hours away. I am fairly unfamiliar with camming but I would be willing to give it a go. The women who I most admire and connect with have been from here and are not local. I think it is a very interesting idea. And I am gladd to hear that those with more experience actually like to do it...I was not sure if this were so. Great idea Akasha.

The other beauty of it is that an experienced femdom could watch the couple work on cam, and if the novice femdom is just wearing a telephone headset, the experienced femdom could talk to her on the phone and only she hears it. So she can help guide her body language, feed her lines, and also point out things for her to observe. The submissive would not know what was natural, vs. what was being suggested. I would love to do this, it sounds like a lot of fun, heh.

I love this idea. Mainly because, well frankly, I don't know what the fuck I am doing!
I know what I like.. I know what turns me on, but not sure how to incorporate those things into a scene that would be mutually beneficial..(and where I wouldn't feel like an idiot..lol)

I've been lucky enough to do this twice in real time. Don't have a webcam but, it would be very interesting to see how it works.

im LadyPacts sub and i recently got the chance to help teach another dom further her knoledge i was only used as a demo for the other dom but it was quite fun. i like the idea of teaching another and furthering myself in the process. i havent tried a cam yet but it might be good for those nervous ones out there to start out. i dont get to chose but i am glad to help in any way M'Lady allows

As someone very new to this side of the fence after several years being submissive, and owning a submissive who has no real time experience, I think this is a wonderful idea and one I will seriously consider down the line when I want to try things beyond my immediate comfort zone. It's beneficial to me and obviously safer for him than if I just try things on my own. I haven't found anyone local to mentor me yet, but do have some very close friends in the online community that I rely on for information and advice.

Fantastic idea!

I haven't been a party to such an activity, but it sounds like a great idea to me. Practical, as well as exciting for me as a sub to have a novice domme learning techniques from a more experienced one, and trying them out on me!
