[:D][:D][:D]Asphyxiation is an amazing sensation but not something that I would enjoy on a first play. I have to trust first then...who knows! [;)]

VieVivante -> RE: Neck Play (11/6/2007 11:03:29 AM)

It is one of the most dangerous forms of play. Jay Wiseman's article, often cited on this board, explains the dangers:

Let's be careful out there.

Oh my god that article is really scary.

I seriously l ove breath play...but this just freaked me out:

" There are many documented additional dangers. These include, but are _not_ limited to: rupture of the windpipe, fracture of the larynx, damage to the blood vessels in the neck, dislodging a fatty plaque in a neck artery which then travels to the brain and causes a stroke, damage to the cervical spine, seizures, airway obstruction by the tongue, and aspiration of vomitus. Additionally, there are documented cases in which the recipient appeared to fully recover but was found dead several hours later."

" The primary danger of suffocation play is that it is not a condition that gets worse over time (regarding the heart, anyway, it does get worse over time regarding the brain). Rather, what happens is that the more the play is prolonged, the greater the odds that a cardiac arrest will occur.
Sometimes even one minute of suffocation can cause this; sometimes even less. "

Nope, no one likes it!! [:D]

Silly question, ofcourse there are women that enjoy it. Some more extreme then others.  Personally i don't like going to the point of blacking out. Kills brain cells and hell you just might not wake up again.

Hello all
i for one love breath play.  BUT, i have only let 2 people do it to me, the first man who did it to me does demos and teaches breath play at conferences and such, the second is very skilled and i have the upmost trust in Him, He is my trainer and i have spent a great amount of time with Him, getting to know Him.  He also would never do it if He did not have the knowledge and if i was not completely comfortable.
i would never ever let someone i dont really really know do it to me, i value my life too much and if they would want to do it so fast after meating, then they dont value my life and are not worth getting to know.
Just my opinion and thoughts.
have a great day and be safe out there

LadyLegs -> RE: Neck Play (11/6/2007 2:41:23 PM)

I LOVE IT!!!  oh you mean on me  ... nevermind

Elegant -> RE: Neck Play (11/6/2007 3:40:12 PM)

Breath Play is usually associated with areas of the mouth, neck, windpipe, nose etc. Don't forget that the diaphragm plays a vital function in breathing. Certain actions directed to the diaphragm are very erotic for me...when Master punches me there, places his boot on my diaphragm, presses an escrima stick into the area.....wow.

Blu2ful -> RE: Neck Play (11/6/2007 5:31:32 PM)

I love it, pure and simple

Any Women like erotic asphyxiation?

oh yes and I still have the sensation today along my wind pipe
an exqsite demonstration of ownership and power
..........spaced........trust........

ctrlaltdelete -> RE: Neck Play (11/7/2007 1:25:17 PM)

That would be an "affirmative".

Even women in the vanilla realm have orgasmed for me through some very moderate and skilled breathplay by constricting their wind pipe with my hand. And that was not even taking it anywhere near a black-out point.

VERY VERY dangerous play.  Be careful out there, people.....

Tigrita -> RE: Neck Play (11/7/2007 2:01:02 PM)

I don't think what I've done actually qualifies as breath play, but when Stephan puts his hand around my neck I get a very psychological reaction of thinking I can't breath, stuff around my neck has always kind of freaked me out, even turtlenecks can kind of bother me.  He understands that about me, but when he does this, it is so sexy and intimate and posessive.  I feel so owned and feel how my life is in his hands.  Funny that there is almost nothing that makes me feel as safe and loved as when he is nearly taking my breath away.  I always get an overwhelming urge to say "I love you" but can't get the words out.

So I guess I'm lucky, I don't really have to go there to experience the psychology of breath play =)

BoundDragon -> RE: Neck Play (11/10/2007 2:47:30 PM)

Yummy!!!! I love it... to me the feeling of his one bare hand around my neck & pining me to the wall drives me wild!!!

Think he found it out by accident too, it was dark... he went to grab my wrist & missed. The noise I made though gave me away... I think I came right there & then.[:)][:)][:)]

LadyLynx -> RE: Neck Play (11/10/2007 5:14:21 PM)

I will only do very light breath play, slight constriction at the throat for a few seconds. same as when it is done to me. On both ends, only with those that I love and trust

LaMspeach -> RE: Neck Play (11/10/2007 6:49:56 PM)

I LOVE any type of play that involves my neck, from snuggling it to having his belt wrap around it.  * sighs* a good bite in just the right place is breath taking.

in addition to the above, there's something else to add to the list, as pointed out to me by another CM member...after you have engaged in breath play, your larynx can swell, causing suffocation. (if I've got the wrong body part there, please feel free to correct me).

personally, I never cared one way or another about it, but after finding that out, it's not something I'll engage in any more.
