Yeah, people say that stuff online all the time. Unless she was doing something clearly illegal...nothing will come of it. And even then it is unlikely. Even if that person had the IP address, the police still have to go to court to get a subpoena to force the ISP to hand over the info. 99% of the time the police wont even bother going through with it unless there is major law that was violated (ie: trading child porn, fraud, blackmail, etc...). Now this guy could obviously go to CollarMe and claim a TOS violation (because of the money) and she could find herself banned from the site....that is certainly probable.
