no tv programs are in living color any more.

hair dye is hair coloring now.

what is the differnce between partly sunny vs partly cloudy?

I waited 60+ years to use the word "aught" as in 2001 being aught one.
I still use:
pogue=person of low abilities
penguin=catholic nun
5.9=most extreme level of difficulty (now called 5.15D)
boushie=bourgoisie
4:20=smoke em if you got em
moxie=courage
scram=go away
rock&roll=life threatning behaviour
turd floater=heavy rain
twist the wick=go fast

Angel and I still say "word", "sweet", and "awesome"
I refered to him as "long in the tooth" today since tomorrow is his birthday
I call a trash can a trashpail
Its a Fridgidaire, not just a fridge
I still "nuke" food in the microwave

OMG, this thread is too funny...but I feel old since I still TOTALY use all these terms like cool, and like, he is SO HOT, and that was really AWESOME, but it was a major bummer that it rained today.

I cannot believe that my vocabulary is so extensive but I still revert back to these words on a daily basis in personal time.

Yikes. OH well, everything old is new again, and vice versa.
