Ok how about instead of a gingerbread house make a ginger bread dungeon room using pretzel sticks for the cross , spanking bench ect. Use gram crackers for the three walls and firm icing to "glue them together. YOu can decorate for windows using cut up gum drops ect. You can make it as big as you want depending on how many sqaures of gramcrackers you use. Raffle it off  for the fundraiser. 50 cents a ticket or 3 for a buck?

Take off on the candy hearts you get at Valentine's Day by baking heart-shaped cookies and/or cupcakes with short messages on top..."spank me", "bend over", "bad girl", "bad boy", etc.

Or maybe Xmas stockings? Or presents?...but i am gonna try to stick to cakes and cup cakes...but...the best laid plans and all of that :) ill end up with a kinky bakery in my kitchen....LOL

just a thought...can you take those Barbie head+torso for little girls cakes' and turn Barbie into a domme?  you know, a little fondant black cap and some sunglasses?

You could make a handcuffs cake by making two round cake layers, cutting out a circle from the middle of each, and using what you cut out to make the links.

funny- I used to host a 'kinky cookie' bake among a few adult friends each holiday....lots of sugar cookie dough, then let them make and decorate anything they cared to make--lots of fun things---as for the cakes and cupcakes...yes making cakes that look like nude bodies or body parts is ez...and with a little imagination and some dime store trinkets I am sure you could add some body jewelry to the cakes and cupcakes...

Wow thanks for all the fun ideas. i was away for the weekend so i didn't get to respond.

i began making some fondant elements today (since they can be made way in advance) i made some cute collars and blk and brown flogger and the beginning stages of some black fondant roses.

Now on to some of the royal icing elements (since the humidity is low and on my side tonight) :)

Thanks so much for recommending this site. i have lost most of my morning going through alot of the pics on there LOL...

So far i am going to incorporate some of the ideas onto small, single serve sized cakes...as well as making the two tiered cake (made into a cage with a kneeling slave girl inside)...i'm also going to try the butt cake with the hand print (love that)...as well as a boobie cake done with some rope bondage stuff on it.

i 'll do as much as i can and that my Daddy will allow me to make. (he does have to help me transport it all to the event after all)

Well FINALLY i am done with all of the cakes for the bake sale....and i just wanted to say thank you to everyone for the great ideas and inspiration...i made what i could....and the others are filed away in my brain for safe keeping (okay, semi-safe anyway)

Special thanks to CalifChick for sending me to www.cakecentral.com....it proved to be a great asset.

Thank you bita for the hand cuff idea, i used that one.

Thank you to twistedwillow...i made the butt with a hand print as an extra little thing for one of the cakes...just because i thought it was such a cute idea.

Anyone who would like to take a look at them, they are all posted on my Live Journal...i ended up doing 5 cakes total (there would've been a 6th but the cake i made in my boobie cake pan broke :()
