BDSM puts total truth and meaning to the common platitude of "The eyes are the windows to the soul". Nowhere else can you see so much utter and uncontested devotion, commitment, love, self-sacrifice as in a collared girl's eyes. For me, it is about the adrenaline rush, the thought that my otherwise normal man would break the norms of society just to possess me, that he will do whatever it takes to remind me that I am his, that each and every strike of hand, lash, belt or whip hightens the intensity of the orgasm that I finally get... when he chooses to let me have it. It is about the mental vacation I get to take when I am in his ropes. I no longer have to organize anything, decide anything or think anything... And you? for me, it's not so much the dynamic as you speak it... for me, it's all about total and complete control from a person who is stronger both mentally and physically than I am; it's about his ability to physically and mentally control me, keep me centered, and in doing so, allow me to be exactly who I am. Once that is in place, all the rest just pales in comparison.

It's about all of those things for me too Tress. It's about finding someone else who wants all of those things also....someone who I am entirely free to just be who I am with and they are comfortable enough with me to just be who they are...someone who I can share the rest of my days with, explore and learn new things with. While I can do the casual thing, the play thing...it's not the long term goal. I'm a greedy bitch and I want it all.
