You know, every time I hear that, I just wonder.. just what are some common "terrorist key words"?

According to the FBI analysis of Grocery Store Affinity Program Data:

Falafel. Tahnini. Pita...

The government has been using keyword technology since The late 60's, it was not that good back then.It required a lot of manual labor to analyze the data back then. I can tell you this their abilities to monitor all communications both domestic and not can and is monitored and they do use extensive artificial analysts an are increasing reaching a threshold to Analise and react in real time to any possible threat. Is it legal No, are they using smoke and mirrors to justify it hell Yes,with the Patriot act an several other acts are now allowing them  to go unfettered .

Is this suggesting that the government is tapping and recording calls/emails universally?  Because, I have to admit, that's more than just a little creepy.

That finally struck a chord with you huh?  Glad to see it.  and of course att is trying to get exonerated

Knowledge is power. The more you know about anything and everything about everyone, the more you have the upper hand. That's how Uncle Sam stays on top.

When you're the ruler or leader over everyone, you have to have an ace in the hole. After all, many always want to bring down number one.

When it comes down to human nature, it's natural to assume we're being spied on. After all, most of us are tempted/curious to spy. Imagine actually having the means to do it 24/7.

Are you really suggesting that the US is the ruler over everyone? I think there are a few people that would take issue with that comment.

You don't seem to know anything about it.

In reality they used machines to "listen" for key words, in order to narrow things down - and it's all information that's crossing international borders, primarily relating to terrorism.

It's so that they can stop future 9/11 attacks. Some say that's not important, others say it is.

They claimed a while back to have enough capabilities to hold every conversation in the us in its entirity for a period of 3 years before they have to start dumping data.  i posted the link here once upon a time.

I also posted a link that a terrorist is defined as committing any "crime" in section 202 of the patriot act.  So download any porn or mp3's lately?
