Even if the word is really "european", it still doesn't make any sense.  You want us to tell you what it's like to live in Europe?

I Googled "Eroupen" and results came up which suggested that it was indeed a misspelling of European.

Assuming it is meant to be European, then where in Europe I wonder? Its dozens of countries, dozens of cultures etc? Big differences north and south, and east and west in lifestyles generally, and some renowned differences between cultures in lifestyle lifestyles too.

Europe is great, they have all kinds of different languages, and there is lots of interesting food.  The TV shows are a trifle unusual, but there are lots of showgirls, old US shows dubbed into local languages, and great drama & comedy that makes more sense if you know the culture.

It's also very VERY expensive.

Hense, you might want to narrow your definition of european down a tad....Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Romania????

First I am sorry for the miss spelling.
We all know about the leather style and the Gorean Lifestyle.
I  meet a Mistress that was taught and knows the leather lifestyle and she told me that she enjoys the Europen style and maybe is is about being more formal but I was looking for more about it so that I know what she is talking about. I need to ask Her more about it

Not true.  At our local club, we are having a series of classes on the different protocol styles and traditions of lifestyle.

The first one dealt with the Gorean type of "lifestyle".... the next one is on the French style.  We will be covering the Old Guard style and the Japanese style.  One of the classes will also be taught by a Dom from Croatia and will deal with the European customs and protocols he has practiced in places like Paris and Vienna.

The main differences have been the level of formality.  The European lifestyle is generally much more formal than what we see in the US.  Protocols are followed by everyone, and anyone stepping out of line at a public gathering is escorted to the door.

The classes we are putting on will cover several sessions, covering the low protocol for everyday 24/7, to the medium protocols for informal gatherings, to the high protocol for formal gatherings, and will culminate with a high protocol dinner for those who wish to participate.  It is a wonderful learning experience.

We are teaching all of the different styles while encouraging all in attendance to take what they like within all of these and apply them to their own lives and relationships if they so choose.  There is no "one way" for any of this.  But, it can be a beautiful addition to relationship.

No, really, which part of Europe?  Generalizing about Europe is like generalizing about North America.  Mexicans do things differently from Californians who do things differently from Southerners who do things differently from Mid-Westerners who do things differently from New Yorkers who do things differently from Native Americans who do things differently from Canadians who do things differently from French-Canadians who do things differently from the Inuit.  Even, I'm sure, within BDSM.

That was short for explaining Europe...and maybe left out some things?

Why does this have to be such a challenging thing?  He asked for some information on some of the European styles.... and, I will try to help him through emails.  I am not from Europe.  I can only pass on what the Doms we have here that have either lived there or trained there have to share with us.  I stated in my initial post that the perspectives we are going to listen to are from the Paris, Vienna and Croatian areas of Europe.  If that bothers you, sorry about that.  I, for one, will enjoy learning about these differences but that doesn't mean anyone else has to.

Sounds you're talking about a little part of Europe, if any.
Let's try with the US:
I know they like hot dogs, baseball, coke, and pretty similar in cultures. Average music, and good shopping now that the dollar is so low....

Actually, I'd say that generalizing about Europe is like generalizing about the Americas, North, Central and South ...

My thing is that I meet a Mistress that likes this style of BDSM and for me I need to know about this so if She decides to have me as her slave I will have some knowledge of this.
