The prevalence of "queef" during doggy style is because the woman's abdomen is being affected by gravity... causing a vacuum as air is pulled into the vaginal cavity. Aside from changing the angle so that the abdomen doesn't distend and create the vacuum, queef can be reduced by increasing the muscle tone of the abdomen while reducing the amount of weight that the muscle has to hold in place.

A way to help lessen them a bit... If you are having sex doggie style, I believe someone already mentioned having him insert his penis before your chest hits the bed. Don't squeeze your stomach muscles in (don't suck in your gut in other words) as this actually creates a pulling upward of the vagina and encourages more air to flow into it. Instead try bearing down a bit (force the muscles to extend outward, not unlike when you pee)...it creates the same "tight" feeling for him, and eliminates the air as it comes in, and avoids the build up that causes the queefs to begin with. Oh, and thanks for the thread. I am giggling to death over here, but then, I'm also one of those that turns as red as a cherry when it happens. Ahh embarassment, what would I do without you.
