i read all over the Internet about this subject and here's the consensus... 1. Use a quality razor (the Mach 3 seems to be a favorite) with a new blade. This is important for more than just having a sharp edge. Once a blade has been used, it is no longer sterile and can cause a mild infection in the micro nicks and cuts, even if they don't bleed. 2. Use clean warm water for the same reason as above. 3. Use a shaving cream or gel designed for the genital area such as those for bikini lines. 4. Always shave in the direction of hair growth, never against it. This does wonders for preventing the ingrown hairs and razor bumps. i've personally shaved at a slight angle to the growth to get an even closer shave and still avoided bumps. 5. Immediately after shaving, carefully pat the skin with a clean tissue soaked in rubbing alcohol. If you go slow, you can avoid the burning and still sterilize the fresh skin. Of course, if your Mistress is doing this, she may want to take some liberties! 6. For those with really sensitive skin, apply a light coating of Neosporin to add to the anti-bacterial cleansing. Enjoy! anthrosub
