BDSM is about giving. Nobody gets a free ride. It's not a something for nothing deal, and this applies no matter if you're a Dom, Domme, submissive or slave. You either work or you pay, but either way you give. Offering something to someone is a quicker way into a BDSM relationship than demanding something from someone. Being yourself is essential.

The more years experience you have in "the lifestyle", the better Dom you are. So, if you can get started in pre-school, by the time you reach 30, you can say you're "Old Guard". Likewise, the more toys you have for playing (i.e. whips, cuffs, canes, butt plugs) the better Dom you are. Collect as many as you can. Then carry them around in your old army duffel bags. It makes you look patriotic. Invest in good-quality photographic equipment and photo-enhancing software so that you can post really awesome headless torso and cock shots. When you create a profile, use ALL CAPS and start out with several paragraphs criticizing all the FAKES AND WANNABEES that overrun the site for WASTING YOUR TIME. If there is anything on it that a potential sub questions, tell her she's not a true sub if she has any limits. After all, it is all about YOU. I say let the submits duke it out in a reality-TV-show style. Whoevers brings more submits into the household as your furniture/french maids/beer bringers/[insert lowly task here], the higher up they go in the ranks. To avoid confusion, put all your submits up on a chalkboard in your living room. Encourage your fellow Dominates to bet on this when they come over for the weekly sports game day. Certain submit types brought into the house should be worth more points - within a certain age range, if they're doable without wearing a paper bag on their head, if it's the hottie submit's hottie sister - cuz that's just hawt...if in doubt please refer to page 343 of the Dominate Handbook, paragraph three, line twelve: "Yea, and the submit shall bring thee booty most fine, for thou must be pleasured often and well.
