Hmmm. A suggestion. Remove the toner cartridge before you start the scene. Once you've flirted a bit and gotten the top off, switch to another, sturdier pair of boots and wail on the thing. Another option is to start off with more appropriate boots for the job in which case you can keep the same boots throughout. If you really like the stilettos, perhaps some kind of cane or hitty tool might come to your rescue. Whatever you do, by the time you're done, fax subbie's undercoat should be a sexual fury of welts, bruises, and wounds. I want to see passion dammit! (This is why I mentioned Brokeback Mountain before. Passion and chemistry were sadly lacking in that film.)

You don't want to spill toner under any circumstances. It's an extremely fine powder that's impossible to clean up because it goes right through your vacuum cleaner and out the other end. I wouldn't be surprised if there were health risks associated with having the stuff floating around in any quantity, too.
