Um well I would need to know what happened? Actually I don't...if ur in a unsafe situation call the police, get him out, or go somewhere safe. If ur not in an unsafe situation- I really don't know what to say because you gave no details.

I don't need to know your business in order to tell you to be safe.

If it wasn't concentual, call the cops and have them arrested for assault. It's a domestic voilence situation.

I am glad that you are okay.  A person who does this, is in all circumstances in the wrong.  Abusive people will continue with this behavior.  I would suggest talking to someone professionly who may guide you through reconizing warning signs of abusive people.  I do not think starting over is where you need to be.  Feeling healthy about yourself and your life decesions is a undenialble right you have.  Understand that you are not alone in this world nor in any way contributed to this.  Shame and guilt is a natural reaction of the abused.
Do not allow yourself to be kept prisoner by these emotions.  Liberate your self with the help of others.
Everyone deserves to be happy

I am glad to hear that you are ok after the assault, and very glad to hear that the submissive is out of your life now.

Non-consenual actions should never be tolerated by anyone-- Dominant or submissive.

Yes, I can imagine that your pride is quite bruised as well-- I know that mine would be.  Just do your best to accept your feelings and acknowledge them and then heal thru them.  My heart goes out to you!  Are you at a point to where maybe a kink-aware professional would be able to help you with this?  Abuse is abuse, and sometimes it is good to seek help dealing with the after effects of it.

if i was a woman, (trans or no, if you identify as a woman; you are a woman) i'd dismiss him and let a few friends know and give them his address... i personally see no need to get the police involved... get him a nice nonconsentual beating, eye for an eye

My thoughts are with you and make sure you take time for yourself and heal, no-one should ever be treated the way you have and it makes me mad when I hear a submissive is at the bottom of it.  I hope you come back stronger than ever, domme love to you and hugs xxxxxx

I certainly hope this was NOT a serious post.  The police should be notified and charges pressed.  The "get him a nice nonconsentual beating, eye for an eye" attitude would only lower the OP to the abusers level and all involved would risk jail time.  Use some common sense!

This is a very interesting topic.  Regardless, if they are sub/or dom, abuse is abuse.  If you are living together regardless of the sexual identity issue, it would be a criminal domestic violence charge which now is a felony.
You owe it to yourself and all victiums of abuse to report it.  Please do not let it go unnoticed.

Get the heck out there first.

Regards, MissSCD

yes, it was a serious post; she's already heard all the reasonable advice, i'm talking about something that would leave an impression on the lad

she calls the police, presses charges and gets a restraining order; what happens?  he maybe spends a night in jail, and can't come near her for a few months... restraining orders don't do anything but piss a guy off and tell him that if he goes near her, he has one chance and he better make it count

if instead, you do not do the reasonable thing; and get a few friends to beat the ever-lovin' sh*t out of him?  he learns that there are REAL consequences for his actions and will think twice about doing it again... will he press charges on her friends? no, not and let it come out that he was seeing a trans-girl

we live in the real world, not a perfect world; if you want results, you get them yourself

Where I come from that makes you no better than the abuser.  Same mindset, same actions.  Good luck with that attitude, I hope you can avoid arrest.

it's not about attitude but reality, if the same situation happens with a husband and wife?  the police might follow through... in san antonio texas, with a trans woman in an alternative lifestyle situation?  not even that

the only way that the police would follow up effectively would be to call it a hate crime, and i don't think that is what was described

i don't care about bringing myself down to anyone's level, it's better than praying and trying to forget.  sticking your head in the sand may put you on higher moral ground, but it still leaves your ass vulnerable and out in the open

as for my avoiding arrest, i'll go to jail for what i believe in; i've done it before and would willingly do so again

where i come from, if a man hits a woman (without her consent, of course); he gets stomped in the dirt

that happens to be the only advice that works in the real world.  in america, victims don't have rights; it's not nice, but it's the truth

Some of us know exactly what you're talking about, darchChylde.  People who haven't lived in that world simply do not understand it.  Violence is seldom the best answer to any problem, but you're right--it's always one of the tools available.

And there are a few rare but awful situations when it is the only key that fits.

I'm with darchChylde on this one, it might not be the wisest move always, but I'm of the opinion that theirs a time and place for violence, ie somewhere out of sight and out of mind as I used to be told if i was going to stand up to someone and drub them back in grade school.  But the police in most case are worthless in my opinion. Now I'm not saying we resort down to totally anarchy here, but when Ive seen a friend attacked, hurt, and he shoves the guy away from him, and the other guy falls and breaks his nose all to hell, and then 3 months later my friend gets felonius assault charges filed against him for that shove, just because this other guys parents are rich and own the DA in the county that it happened in, and now has to serve the entire month of december in jail.  Crap like this happens all over, because basically the police are corrupt and worthless 75% of the time and in the originals OP shoes, she due to her circumstances would have a tough time getting any cops probably to even take her serious.  So while calling the cops is probably sound advice 90% of the time, theirs going to be that other 10% when its time to open a can of whoop @$$.  Myself if someone ever touched or hurt someone I care for or is a friend and the cops did nothing, well then its vigilante time.

And, furthermore, Black Sakura, hope your alright and you come out of this okay, and just in case any one wants to know.....I think its like 5 to 15 lbs of force to the side of the knee will crumple anyone rather permanently, leaving you free to escape and call for help. Just some self defence advice.

If you live in an area where transgendered people or any other minority is not respected by the police, and you are a member of that group, then first go to the hospital and have them take pictures, make a record of the attack. Then go to your lawyer and have him call the police, have your lawyer with you at all times. The presence of your attorney will make them sit up and pay attention, more so when he afterwards calls the district attorney's office and directly requests that this case be prioritized. If there is a liberal media, you could involve them in putting pressure on the authorities.

The presumption here is that this is the first altercation between you and this person. A history of such would diminish your case enormously as would any severe marks on him that would lend credence to a claim of self defense should he have refused consent to an activity.

I'd also sue him for damages. There may or may not be enough evidence to warrant going to trial, but being ordered to pay damages usually hurts most people a lot. Very few I know carry personal liability umbrellas to cover any such lawsuit.

An eviction notice would be required. But even that still isn't enough if the abuser refuses to leave. The cops won't help you at least not in this state.

Serious question.
What would you do if your submissive beat the shit out you? (Including blows to the head.)

Don't bother posting smartass remarks.

I'm assuming you mean a real beating and not consentual.

I'd go to the hospital and get a record of bruises and any other damage and contact the police from there to have them arrested  if possible and, if they were living with me, remove all their items from my home that night.
