I'm filling it out now, slavekal, but I have some comments.
#8 -- big jump between the first and second answer. I treat Fox the same whether we are with vanilla or kinky folks, the only difference is that he is not required to call me Mistress in front of vanilla people. 24/7 lifestyle looks pretty mundane most of the time, it has nothing to do with active BDSM actions or an attitude of promoting a lifestyle.
#19 -- a big jump between the final two answers. My husband is an adult baby and we discovered that it triggers lot of negative stuff for me (because I'm a childhood abuse survivor). While I do pseudo AB stuff with him from time to time I would never do that for another person.
#24 -- why do grooming habits = shaving legs?
#25 -- missing choice here for me would be "I only do BDSM consensually"
#26 -- again missing a factor, consent from the public, not a matter of my comfort or not but a factor of who is around. In NYC near the clubs I led several men on leashes in the early morning because we could not upset people by doing this and it was happening around us
#29 -- missing at least one choice I can think of, "I date when I find someone I'm interested in and life cooperates"
This is just me giving feedback, no really complaining or saying you should change it.
It was fun to take.
