I'm bi, and I get some of the same crap. (Although, not to the same extent that the women do from the straight males... their rudeness seems to know no bounds.)

I try to look on it this way: Their emails are "icky" to read, but it's really a helpful process of elimination. They flag themselves early on, and you can block them instantly. The ones I personally hate are the ones who come off as rather nice in the beginning, then slowly show their true faces as you correspond with them over a period of days/weeks. Time wasters!

I've found that posting a long and sappy profile has really cut down on the lewd and crude emails I have received, but I do get the occasional one, as well as the rare person going "ZOMGZ, DO U HAV PICS?" I'm tempted, when approached with a demand for photos, to give them this.
