i don't think so. i often have the fear of being misunderstood by my Mistress, But i have learned that i can talk things over. Mostly i feel like Mistress Persephone has an uncanny ability to intuitivelly know what is going on in my mind. Maybe because She is very observant, but sometime it is so close to my secret fantasies that She seems to have psycic abilities. She also has the ability to plant ideas in my head, just by leaving things out for me to see. i guess those are just subtile ways that She has of controling me. She can direct my fantasies without ever saying a word.

Always. I was always self-conscious about BDSM because I felt like it was really my interest more than his. Even now, when I know he's into it too, there are things I'm hesitant about. I worry a lot that I take the ball and run way too hard with it.

Yes, lots of them. I get embarrassed talking about them, so instead I have hope he'd read my mind. Sometimes he does, which is great, but I need to learn how to talk about things I want to try, so thta's one of the reasons why I am on this forum.

Nope I share everything with him. Every once in a while I stop and think, what the hell did you just do but the alternative is not sharing my thoughts and fantasies, that feels just wrong.

I did have problems - i hope if and when i start a new relationship i wont, but with my ex i tried a few times, but he never responded at all. Didnt even seem he paid attention so i gave up!(i guess that isnt so much scared - but almost)

The thing about fantasies is: some of them are not meant to ever see the light of day. They are either too dangerous to play out physically, or else the mental/emotional exposure of letting someone else know what they are could rob them of their power. (Personally, I like to keep those "impossible " ones inside my head, as my private secrets, to get me off when nothing else will.)

When Daddy and I first got together, I had some really intense fantasies that I wanted to share with him so badly, but felt too shy to do so. He had me write them down because it was less scary for me to disclose them that way. In doing so, he found out that I write very well and that I am very detailed in my descriptions. I could not look at him in the face when he was reading that letter, and when he was finished, he folded it up and looked at me. I glanced at him and asked, "Am I a freak?" I have had in the past, when we were newer together, enormous difficulty sharing things with him for fear of a negative reaction. By discussing it dispassionately on a message board, I was able to talk about it without that fear of rejection. If he wasn't interested, he ignored it. If he was, he thought about it, gathered needed items and did it to me.

But it didn't bother him that I needed to diffuse the fear this way, anymore than it bothered him if I chose to send him an email on a difficult subject instead of talking about it face to face.

These days I don't have that fear of rejection. He may reject an idea but he won't reject me for having it. Plus I'm so addicted to posting that he no longer tries to read what I've read!

That is a little too scary for Me to process right now, only because it so applies. I am often torn between fantasies of weakness and the powerful woman I know I really am. This has become apparent lately as I have made it through another hard spell, and I am struggling quite a bit...Thank you.

I did at one time hesitate to share a fantasy with Him because I knew it involved things that He had made clear were forbidden (no other man will touch me). When I finally told Him, He let me know that fantasies were always to be told- I do not control whether they happen or not. The point of telling is for Him to see a bit further into my mind and anything in there is His.

He gave me an assignment to write down the darkest scenarios I can think of- leave no stone unturned. It got me over my hesitancy and now I share the nastiest thoughts with Him- as Bipolarber said- many not to even be considered to be acted out, just hot, nasty thoughts. My mind is a never-ending source of entertainment for Master (sometimes I think more than even my body). But He owns both, so to quote Him "As it should be".

i try not to be hesitant and retain to myself such thoughts, but yes as indicated by some already in this thread i am also careful not to hurt anyone's feelings. But eventually, crystal clear sharing is always best in my mind.

Okay, a duck was easy. Where she came up with 3 midgets was impressive. But how she found a violinist with one arm on such short notice is mind boggling!

And I won't even BEGIN to say just what the violinist could do with only one arm, but it'd probably violate the ToS here, as well as most codes of morality!

I will never doubt her again!
