I don't think there are close to as many fakes out there as people think. What I think is that there are a lot of people that want to think that, because they are not getting what they want, or don't get the response they expect to get. I just had an incident in the last 30 minutes that clearly illustrates why I feel this way. I got an email from someone that just read my all new profile, who said I must be majoring in collarme, since I'm obviously here online and not in class ... an obvious insinuation. I responded that before making that insinuation/accusation a person might be well served to check the class schedules on the internet, and find out when classes actually start (September 5th, to save everyone some time). The response was ... that my response was rude, and that I'm obviously a player. Trust me, if you actually choose to answer first emails, you will have this happen to you about every three or four days. You will be a faker because you don't have a picture ... you will be a faker because you do ... you will be a faker if you are even the least bit attractive ... you will be a faker is you're not ... you will be a faker if you are old ... a faker if you are young ... and my latest greatest ... a faker, because I can actually spell and make a post that people can read. Ok ... it's called High School English, and excuse me for paying attention!!! Well, this concludes my rant ... and I hope Taggard and Librarian take it as a flame, because this thread sure got boring all the sudden.
