The gem I inherited from my father, who was actually an alien.  Whenever I hold up the gem to the sunlight I become "DommoMan".  Sadly, this has worked in the reverse under moonlight...

In an attempt to answer the post without being playful:  My dominant side comes from who I am; this is not fueled by listening to angry rock metal or brought to the fore by watching Interview With the Vampire.  In the end, my inspiration, and everything that follows, begins in my mind.  Although my girl is fairly good about inspiring me, as well!
