With this rant we now look for another...about all the other email...full of pontification. Are we discusing this emailer because of the degree to which he thinks himself superior ? How is the 'God' complex attached to this exchange any different than the 'dom' complex ?

What is so special about this profiler..that all or at least most of the others are not also included ? Couldn't we have a rant-a-day on B/S in profiles and email ? Now one could actually feel himself a 'God' but to demonstrate that here requires 'pimping-out' your profile with portfolio and at least...a few disciples.

It is the beauty in the anonymity of the kinkosphere that allows us these pleasures and indulge ourselves with this rant...the ugliness of which engenders a cynical perspective of all those otherwise possibly...not so 'complex' creatures.

This OP is not about BDSM...it is about the Internet dating scene...better that it be moved to the humor forum.

I believe there is even a secret handshake involved. That is how they tell when they find another one of the brotherhood.

Stephann, actually the Emperor of the US is quite a bit older and lives in SF hehehehe... he also takes credit for the idea of the creation of the piers and several other features of SF as well (probably including the Golden Gate)

Edit: I guess it's possible you could be heir to the thrown if you want that dubious distinction.

I do not know who this person was. But it was a observation. I have trouble dommes having doms. The spirit engergy I pick up is not theirs but the person whos care they are under. I love Dommes pure in thought and their own comming of age. They are like golden threads of silk.
This is not to say that you do not have creativity of your own. But what troubles me is you keep going back to this dom in dealing with your subs. That has a two sided edge. who is in control of your relationship you or your dom. Now i can see your point It is cool that doms and dommes normally battle each other by nature.

Hey the snowplows blocked me in my garage so I'm stuck here and appreciated the humor in it personally. His opinions were so over the top I didn't take it as whiney but really very funny, it seems most others did as well.

i had a Dom who was in the lifestyle for decades before we met, and another who never called himself a Dom at all, he's just that way. it takes all types i guess- but hopefully not this one!

The god complex issue is easily addressed. I tell them that I’m an agnostic and don’t believe in them. It confuses some and others are not amused but they usually go away in search of another acolyte!
