ORIGINAL: kittyinpink My feeling has generally been that it's not my business I don't owe it to anyone to "save" them... I guess I was wondering if that makes me an Asshole or a realist... While not your business, the fact that you show concern and a certain amount of worry over a stranger's potential safety and well-being is laudable. For that, you should feel proud. You can't save the world, or even another, in this situation though. 'she' might see any sort of input you'd have as jealousy, sour grapes or something similar (which I'm sure it's not). On some level, it would be a warning that might well fall on deaf ears. I suppose the only move is shrug and just let others be them, let him be him and do your own thing. Another point (not sure I'd seen this brought up)... This might just be him doing this to get a rise out of you or cause just this sort of thing you're focused on. Feeding it only feeds him taking it further (if that's what he's doing) cause he'd see that it's having an affect on you - the very thing he may be after. *tips his hat* - Mr. S
