i always get rave reviews on my desserts

chocolate peppermint cake
apple pecan cheesecake
my chocolate chip cookies are killer
and i make a 3 layer chocolate cake that is an orgasm on a stand, but is so rich i only make it once a year maybe, to postpone the inevitable heart attack it will one day cause
oh, and my enchiladas are always a hit

I make a modified eggplant parm that is low fat and low carb, but high in flavor and everyone I have made it for just loves.

  • Salad: Grilled Vinaigrette Basted Salmon over Mesclun mix with mandarin oranges, mixed peppers(red, yellow, orange bells) and  feta cheese
  • Soup: She crab with Old Bay and Asiago Foccacia bread
  • Entree: Lasagne with roasted onion and garlic sauce, Italian turkey sausage,lots of smoked mozzerlla and grated parmesan cheeses
  • Dessert: My cheesecake makes EVERYONE MELT! even people that don't like cheesecake eat Mine and are never the same!  Most popular are My Turtle cheesecake (Oreo crust, pecans, caramel and semi-sweet chocolate on top), Raspberry swirl, Cappucino, Pumpkin, and Oreo cheesecakes. I make every variety, flavor and kind.
