You could have him call you Ms. (insert your last name, here), as people address women in authority, in our culture, in real life. Then, as you prefer, perhaps alternate between that and the shorter, Ma'am or Miss. You could have him address you by your first name. Only, have him use it similarly to the use of Ma'am or Sir. That might be a little kinky, a little humiliating, in itself, as he addresses you as if you're on equal terms, but is constantly saying, "Yes, Tracy," and "No, Tracy," and "Please, Tracy" - (insert your first name, of course). If either of you speak another language or if you just find it appealing, you could borrow honorifics from other languages. Of course, if you're into some fantasy story you're particularly fond of that has invented a title or form of address you find cool or poetic, try that. I like to have a submissive address me in a way that seems natural for him, as well as something that I like hearing. So you might choose with that in mind. And if there's some form of address that tends to turn him on and put him in subspace, in and of itself, you may want to consider it. "A rose, by any other name, would smell as sweet." - from Romeo and Juliet, by William Shakespeare
