There are no shortcuts to getting what you want that don't involve hiring a professional. If you have a specific sexual/fetish desire, you need to keep it in your pants until you have taken the time to get to know a woman and develop a mutual relationship that meets her needs as well as yours. THEN you can bring up what your sexual needs are, and she can bring up what her sexual needs are, and you can negotiate what you will be doing in bed together. But if you can't focus on her and her needs as much as you are focusing on you and your needs, you're doomed.
Coming right out and asking for specific sexual acts in a way that makes it clear that you don't care who will be doing them....ugh, that's incredibly unattractive. It makes you look like an indiscriminate, selfish, horny, rude jerk who thinks of all women as "females" rather than real human beings with wants and needs of their own.
