I know for myself I can tighten up a whole bunch, after a long time no sex, I'm talking about like a month or two of no penitration of any kind. Today it was a bit painful to finally have sex when he slid in so I knew I must of been very,very tight, and he confirmed it after we'd come down from the play and had some discussion about it. Why would someone who's not a recent newbie to sex* I haven't been a virgin since I was 14* get so tight after a long hiatus, and I assume it's a bit painful cause the vagina is streatching out, apon final entry of something? I enjoy being tight for him, if it's been forever and I know I am tight I'll try to avoid use of dildo's to save that just for him:)

perfectly common for that to happen. Even the anus will get tight after periods of no penetration. Pregnancy will loosen that up, due to dilation, and extreme pushing of the labia, but if you exercise and don't do anything that would stretch it, it will go back to a more tight state. The beauty of skin is its flexiblity. Another thing that helps is strengthening the PC muscles as well. Those are the muscles that can grib a man when he's inside you, as well as help cut off urine flow.

I was one of those blessed with the return to a "natural state" without exercise or anything special. I don't find it painful though, just incredibly snug and warm and wet and yummy and... uhhhhh, I digress. I have friends who complain about the opposite... no matter what they do, it's not the same as it was before. I just smile kind of a smug little smile to myself. Cali

hehe calif, Sex is (or can be) painful for me after a long hiatus, and I remain sore and tender for several days like 2 or 3. But I have always been that way.

I ended up tighter after my pregnancy, and I have always been small. But yes, I tighten up when there are periods of no sex. Sir is gone 2 weeks at a time and there is a noticeable difference in that time and usually some pain involved with that as well.

Phoenix has had this problem. It is natural, so don't worry about that. We know a girl who use to be into fisting, but after awhile of her not doing it anymore, she tightened right back up again, and it can be painful. After my ex had her child, she had a lot of pain, and gave up sex for almost a year. When she went to the doctor he told her that when she was having sex, it was using mussels that normally we not being used, because of her lack of sex.
