My take: Some people are bigger, some people are smaller, but most importantly, they are all people.  We all have our own preferences and tastes, and there's no reason to label any one group of any gender as being a "real" anything.

We're all quite real.  Even the twig-girls and girly-boys.

Hi! I'm new here and was happy to find a post about us big girls. I prefer BGW tho, that's Big GORGEOUS Woman! LOL I'm a big girl, beyond the size 14's even...and I have to agree that we shouldn't be hated on. Everyone has preferences and there are even some who prefer large women. Some women even prefer large men. Big or small, it takes us all to make the world go 'round!

Damn straight!  Big is beautiful baby,,   The fact of the matter is,, it's not about your size at all,  it's about how you carry yourself and what resides within your heart and soul.    This brings to mind that old saying..... " It's not what you wear,  it's who you are.... "   So perhaps all of civilization should focus more on what resides within our hearts and minds rather than what size we wear.

I believe you do not have to be any particular size to be a beautiful person...having said that, I am also not naive enough to think that obesity is attractive(being obese myself)

i have not read the whole entire thread but did read the first and last pages. being a bbw and a slave to Master i do not worry about what others think of my looks, it is what Master thinks and feels about how i look that matters and even before He collared me last may, i always thought if someone does not like how i look then they don't have to look at me and can keep their crude and disparaging remarks to themselves.

for those that are bbw's please do NOT let what others think of how you look make you ashamed because it is not the looks that count, it is what is on the inside that counts..... Thank You to Master for teaching me this and showing me that although i am a bbw and need to lose some weight that He loves me for me and does not care that i am bigger around the middle or as my um put it, "a marshmallow."

Ohh that is sooo smart, well done....would not have thought of that.
I just haven't put any weight down on my profile...because frankly it's no ones buisness. And I am a InBetwixer...not fat, not thin....has curves, could be smaller...slowly working on it...
But overall I am happy with me. (Today anyway)

I don't think anyone should be bashed for what size or shape their body is.
You would think we would all have more to worry about these days, and that people would just be accepted for being who they are as people, rather than what dress size they wear.
Mostly those sizes are up the whoop anyway......
Long as people are healthy and happy with themselves, then stuff anything else.

More often than not those bashing on either side, look like the back end of a camel anyway. (No offence meant......to any camels)
Just my 50 cents worth.
