When did this lifestyle become a meat market or an excuse to be lazy?

Once BDSM went mainstream and online "Mentors" started popping up.

She will gladly lead you to where nakid ladies are available for use or if you frefer there is a line up of nakid boys with medium to large tallywackers.. Your choice.

I care because im curious and im not completely closed off to another's point of veiw. Looking back at my post, im seeing that I should have worded it alot differently. I didn't mean to come off quite so opinionated.

To that bit i say PIFFLE! Don't apologize for a momentary lapse in judgement. (they can smell fear yanno)
Everyone gets frustrated at one time or another, looking at profiles that seem ridiculous to them. Welcome to "online dating" as it were. Certainly for some it is a chance to be many things including lazy, horny, abusive and destructive. But chin up! For others it's an opportunity to see that there's more than just the elusive orgasmic fantasy of being owned or owning another human being. I would say it takes all types, but im sure you know this. Good luck and welcome, xoxo

It was on May 17th, 1968. That's when George Griffin of Sebastapol California said "hey, I have an idea, you're tied up and naked anyway, what if I went ahead and fucked you now?". Since that day, it's been all downhill.

okay this was funny.....but how abuot if it happened earlyier than that???

*does his best Uncle BS voice... *

There I was, all dressed up in my armor and skirt, getting ready for a little R&R next to my general, Ghengis. He was this young lad with a fire in his belly to conquer the world, but he knew that all battle and no play makes for a Horde with low moral.... So Ghengis turns to me and smacks me on the shoulder and says:

"Geoffie (Geoffie's what Ghengis called me back then) I want you to take the Mongols into that town over yonder and have yerselves a real good time!" And I said back "Sure thing boss!" (cause boss is what I called him back then). And he leans down and whispers in my ear something I'll never ferget:

"This time, keep the order straight. Rape, loot, pillage, THEN BURN, you moron!" and he smacked me on the back of the head to make sure I wouldn't ferget. Now THAT's a general I tell ya! Didn't meet another one like him till I served under ol Georgie Patton back in dubya-dubya-two!

But that's a story for another time...

Now where was I? Oh yeah... well the raping was fun, we had tied up all the cattle so they couldn't run away, and then we drove the women outta town.... And lemme tell you Ghengis didn't like that one bit, no sirree! Said we got it ass backwards again, we were supposed to stampede the cattle and rape the women... You know, there's no pleasing some people...

Yours In Kink,
-Geoff

I've been reading through the profiles, and time and time again I keep seeing the same old thing..."I want kinky sex" and or "must have a stable income" (though poster says nothing about having the same).
Or "Do what i say and worship me, I am everything" (however there is very little mention, if any at all of the submissive having any value). Now maybe its just me, but I thought this was supposed to be a fair exchange for both the submissive and the Dominant.

it's not the life style, it's the internet that's the meat market and the excuse to be lazy. You have people collaring others without ever meeting them. Have you ever heard of an internet collar? Before the internet, people had to get out to clubs, bars, parties, and such to say "I want kinky sex" and all that other stuff to look and find another person to say "ok"

As for fair exchange between a Sub and Dom, well I'm the one who cracks the whip and wears the belt so I decide what's fair in mine and pets relationship. And that's the way we both like it.

I don't think you can condemn the entire internet community. Some people who use the internet treat this lifestyle in a less than desirable manner, but many of us started out online, unable to pursue real life relationships for a variety of reasons, and were very serious about what we did. I tend to feel that those who treat the lifestyle as a "meat market", are likely to do the same in real life situations.

Be well,
Julie

It can be if you use it as such and expect that those you engage with do the same. In my profile I have made it very clear that I am not looking to form any personal relationship other than the one I have, beginning and end of story. Outside of that. anything is up for discussion.
